New concrete must have a 28 day cure and CSP 2-3, prior to coating. In the case of older concrete flooring, remove all surface oils, paint, dust and debris.
Prior to coating, make sure the surface is clean, and passes the MVT. Fix any needed repairs using CR Mender or CR Patch and Coat before application.
Recommended Coverage Rates
Coverage rates based on 1600 square feet per gallon at 1 mil in thickness. Coverage rate will vary depending on application and substrate condition. Shot blasted floors will require more product than ground floors.
Roll application using 3/8” nap roller 275-325 sf/gal flat blade squeegee and backroll 250-275 sf/gal
Mixing Ratio Of 2 Part A : 1 Part B
Always pre mix each side before use. Standard mix is 2 qt
of part A and 1 qt part B. Mix with low speed drill for 2
Do not whip product or induce air as it will
reduce pot life. Never mix more than 3 quarts at any time
and mix smaller batches for cutting in edges or verticals.
Apply with a brush, squeegee or 3/8” nap lint free roller.
Potlife will decrease with high humidity and high heat.
PB 200 can be reduced with Acetone at no more than 20%
of total mixed volume.
All containers should be stored at 40° F to 95° F and be
kept tightly sealed and out of direct sunlight. Shelf life of
unopened containers is 12 months.
All tools should be cleaned with MEK or Acetone as soon
as possible after application.
